The Diet of the Past ~ Modified for the Future

Performance & Kindness tastes very rewarding

Plant Based eating is rooted in consideration towards other living beings & establishing a harmony with the environment.

With as little harm to another being as possible and promoting the growth and development of plant life, all while healing the body & providing the building blocks needed for performance.

Inspired by Veganism & Shojin Ryori,
the Planet Based Diet is perfect for athletes & environmentalists alike.

Recommendation for transitioning could include actions as simple as including more rice, pasta & beans in one’s diet as well as fruits & vegetables

Moving away from factory farmed to personally fished/hunted animals is more appropriate to nature and it’s circle of life. One might even go so far as not to include any animals at all in their diet. Working towards the greater good is a step in the right direction.

To be plant based, I’d say you probably have to eat about 90~95% plants in your diet.

Personally, I am 99.9% plant based.
The 0.1% is a small compromise.
(a bit of fish here & there with friends and family, for social inclusion only)

I genuinely have 0 desire to eat cheese, eggs, land animals, I do not want to drink milk, etc.
I could bring myself to eat fish though. That’s the most I can do to fit into society normally. I don’t order animal products for myself. In my own personal life, I eat strictly plants.

My daily juice, smoothies, rice, beans, pasta, veggies, fruits .. thats good enough for me ! If I want meat, I’ll just eat mock meats, mock cheese, etc. All plant based foods are good enough for me.
