( Update 2 - September 8th 2018 - Machine Change ! )

Hello there !

I have completed the leg press machine, which was only set to go to 400lbs. 

I have since discovered that my gym does have an inverted leg press machine which has the capability of going beyond 400 ! 

Which means I have to train it !

Week 54 onward, Leg Press activity will now be on this machine. Due to the inversion difference, it may affected numbers until adapted, but I have full confidence I will be able to get up to speed and begin to surpass 400 in no time !

I am also going to be training at different levels of intensity on monthly cycles.

Week 1 - 70%
Week 2 - 80%
Week 3 - 90%
Week 4 - 100% PR Attempt week.

The % is set to be at my goal weight.

For example:

Leg Press Goal Weight for Week 56: 450lbs

Week 53 - 70% - 320lbs x 5
Week 54 - 80% - 380lbs x 5
Week 55 - 90% - 420lbs x 5
Week 56 - PR Attempt - 450lbs x 1~5

450 is a pretty high goal, but I believe in at least trying for it ! If I can’t make it, I will continue repeating until I do get it :)
